Well-being Survey

We recently conducted a well-being survey to understand how our employees feel about working at Level Offshore. The results are encouraging: 9 out of 10 employees are happy working with us, and communication received high marks as well.

Prioritizing safety and well-being helps us create a supportive and productive work environment. Work-life balance is important to us. Our survey showed that employees rate their work-life balance at nearly 4.5 out of 5, reflecting our efforts to maintain a healthy balance for our team.
