Level Offshore has been awarded the prestigious Gaselle-company label for the third consecutive year.
– We’re excited to share this news, not only to signal that our approach to offshore staffing is in high demand, but more importantly, to celebrate with all our employees. They’re the ones who make this possible, human resources isn’t a thing we do. It’s the thing that runs our business, says John Emil Hauge, Managing Director at Level Offshore.
To qualify as a Gaselle Company, a business must meet several criteria, including at least doubling its revenue within the last four years—a feat that becomes more impressive as the company grows.
Indeed, Hauge confirms that the scale is now quite different compared to the early years, when the company rapidly grew from an annual revenue of around 23 million to nearly one hundred million.
– This is the third year in a row that we’ve been awarded this prestigious label. We’ve actually doubled our revenue since 2021, ending with 195 million in 2023, he says.
In other words, Level Offshore isn’t just plateauing after a few years of impressive growth. Hauge hints at what’s next.
– At the office, we like to say that we’re aiming for a quarter billion this year, he says with a smile.
